Reviewing FoxPlan
On FoxPlan Cloud, a “Your opinion of FoxPlan” window may open while you work. It asks for a score, then offers to share your experience on a public review platform (Capterra, G2…). These reviews help other teams choose their tool.
When the invitation appears
- At most once a year. Once the invitation has been shown, you will not see it again for twelve months, whether you answered or not.
- Only for regular users: account created at least two months ago and used regularly (at least one visit every two weeks).
- Never on arrival: the window only opens after a while of use, with the tab visible.
- Never on an on-premise installation: the invitation only exists on FoxPlan Cloud.
The steps
- Your score, from 0 to 10: how likely are you to recommend FoxPlan to a colleague? An optional comment lets you say what matters to you or what should be improved. Score and comment stay with FoxPlan.
- The public review, whatever your score: the button opens the platform's review page in a new tab. Critical feedback is just as useful as enthusiastic feedback.
- A score from 0 to 6? In addition to the link, the “Let's talk about it” button alerts the FoxPlan team, who will contact you with your score and comment.
- Once your review is submitted on the platform, “I've published my review” lets us know.
Postponing or declining
| Button | Effect |
|---|---|
| Remind me later | The invitation comes back in one hour, tomorrow at 9 am (your time) or in one week. Two reminders at most. |
| Close (or the cross) | The invitation is closed for the year. |
| Don't ask me again | You will never be asked again. |
What is recorded
FoxPlan keeps the display of the invitation, your score and comment, the opening of the link and your publication statement. The content of your review stays on the platform: FoxPlan has no access to it.
