Decision (Portfolio)
The Decision screen gathers in a single register the decisions taken or pending on the projects of the portfolio. Useful for steering committees to prepare reviews and trace governance.
Reached through the Decision menu of a project portfolio.
Consolidated register
Columns are the fields of the Decision entity, shared by every project:

A decision has neither status nor implementation owner: following up what it triggers belongs to the project's action plan.
Filters and views
- Status — Restrict to pending decisions
- Decider — See decisions expected from a person
- Period — Decisions of the last 30 days, upcoming to be made
- Impact — Filter by impact level

- Prepare a committee — List every decision to make for the next session
