Resource portfolio dashboard
The Dashboard of a resource portfolio answers a different question from the one of a project portfolio. You are not looking at "where the budget stands", but at who is loaded, who is overloaded, and on what.
You reach it from the Resources ▸ Dashboard menu.
The data scope
This is the point to grasp before anything else.
A resource portfolio contains people, not projects. Its dashboard therefore covers the projects the team's resources are allocated to — the server derives them from the allocations, exactly as it does for the Workload screen. Both screens cover the same population and the same set of projects: their figures agree.
Everything attached to a person is narrowed to the team's resources: capacity, "by resource" series, cards (owned by the team or allocated to it) and task tables. Without this, a "Work by resource" series would have listed everyone working on those projects — the team among others.
What is attached to a project — budgets, weather, progress — covers the whole set of projects instead: those are the figures of those projects, not of the team.
The resource portfolio shown is the one selected in the top bar, as on the other screens of the Resources section.
The dashboard shipped by default
A brand-new team does not open on a blank page. It receives:

This dashboard is yours: every block can be renamed, moved, reconfigured or removed, and others added. Changes are saved on the resource portfolio and are therefore visible to all of its members.
Adding and configuring blocks
The builder is the same as everywhere else — three-step wizard (block type → data → period), in-place renaming, drag and drop to reorder. See the Project dashboard for the details.
The Resource staffing block offers three representations, through the three icons in its header: cards, chart and table. The selector to its left chooses the grouping axis: by resource, by department, by team, by position, by profile or by company.
To compare two teams, create one favourite per team: the dashboard is saved on the portfolio, but favourites let you keep several layouts.
