Activity (Timeline)
The Activity screen shows a horizontal timeline of each team resource's commitments. Where the Workload screen answers "how much?", the Activity view answers "who does what, and when?".
Reached through the Activity menu of a resource portfolio.
Reading the view
Each row represents a resource. On that row, horizontal bars represent their allocations by project:
- The length of the bar corresponds to the allocation duration
- The color identifies the project (color defined on the project record)
- The label shows project and task
- Overlapping bars signal parallel work (multi-project)
Filters and navigation
