The project Weather report (Report)
The Report screen is used to produce synthetic progress reports. Each report summarizes the project's health at a given date using easy-to-read weather indicators for committees. You reach it from the Report menu in the project sidebar.
Weather indicators
The project is rated on several dimensions, each with a three-level indicator:

| ☀️ Sunny | All good |
| ⛅ Cloudy | Watch out, points of attention |
| ⛈️ Stormy | Difficulties, action required |
The dimensions tracked are:
- Overall — the project's overall health
- Delivery — scope / deliverables adherence
- Schedule — deadline adherence
- Budget — financial envelope adherence
- Resource — team availability and workload
A report's content
Beyond the indicators, a report includes:
- a status (Open, Pending, Ongoing, Closed)
- comments (highlights, next steps, points of attention)
- a reporting date / period
Successive reports build a history of the project's trajectory.

Good habit
Produce a weather report at a regular cadence (weekly or per milestone): the evolution of indicators over time is often more telling than their value at a single point.
