Risk (Portfolio)
The Risk screen consolidates in a single register the risks and issues open or closed across all projects of the portfolio. It is the tool for risk reviews at the executive level.
Reached through the Risk menu of a project portfolio.
Consolidated register
Each row represents a risk, with the usual columns:
- Source project
- Title and description
- Type — Risk or Issue
- Probability × Impact = Criticality
- Status — Open, treated, accepted, transferred, closed
- Owner
- Identification date and review date
- Treatment plan
Multi-criteria sort and filters are available on every column.

- Filter by project — Zoom on a subset
- CSV / Excel export — For risk committees
- Drill-down — Click a risk to open the detailed record in its project
