Me and my profile

The Me area groups the screens dedicated to your personal activity in FoxPlan, whatever your role. It is the starting point of a contributor, a project manager or a resource for their daily work.

Me menu screens

Screen	Purpose
My timesheet	Enter time spent on my projects and tasks
My activity	Chronological view of my tasks and upcoming obligations
My cards	Personal Kanban of all my cards
Notifications	Manage my notification preferences
My instructions to the AI assistant	Tell the AI who I am and how I want it to answer me

My profile

Page	Purpose
My user profile	The profile tabs: identity, working calendar, security, assignments
Sync with my calendar	Publish my tasks and cards into Google Calendar, Outlook or Apple Calendar

Note

• The User profile (password, MFA, language, theme) is accessed through the avatar icon in the top-right of the application, separately from this menu.
• Your permissions on projects and portfolios determine what you see: a contributor without an assigned project won't have much to enter on their timesheet.
