My activity
The My activity view is your personal activity calendar: it lets you see your planned work, enter your actual activity and submit it for validation. You reach it from the Me → My activity menu.
My activity is not included in the free version. With a free license, FoxPlan shows a preview and the invitation "Try the PRO version".
Display modes
Two layouts are available via the radio buttons:
- By resources — your activity presented by resource (useful for managers viewing several people).
- Timeline — a chronological timeline of your activity.
Work modes
At the top of the screen, buttons let you switch between:
| Mode | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Planned work | View the allocations that were planned for you |
| Activity entry | Record the time actually spent (your timesheet) |
| Follow-up | (managers only) chase resources about their entry |
Filter and customize the display
The toolbar offers several options:
- Project — limit the display to a specific project
- Colors — choose the coloring mode (by status, etc.), with an explanatory tooltip
- Progress — choose the progress mode displayed
- Show only entries — hide planned work to see only the activity actually entered
Enter and validate your activity
- Switch to Activity entry mode
- Fill in your time for the relevant week
- Submit your entry for validation
- The week's status is shown as a chip (label)
On the manager side (with the right permissions), it is possible to Approve or Reject a resource's entry for a given week.
My activity is the calendar view of your work (planned and actual). The My timesheet menu offers another entry point for time entry — both feed the same activity tracking.
