My user profile
The user profile gathers everything that is personal to you: your identity, your working calendar, your alert preferences and your security settings.
Avatar icon (top right) → Profile, or directly /account/settings.
The screen is organized into tabs. Each tab opens with a sentence reminding you what it is for, before the fields themselves. A single Save button, top right, saves all tabs at once.
The tabs
| Tab | What you set there |
|---|---|
| General | Identity, contact details, avatar, landing page, date and number formats, language, default workspace |
| Calendar | Your working calendar: percentage worked per day of the week and exceptions (leave, absences, part time) |
| Resource manager | The people allowed to view your schedule and approve your timesheets |
| Notifications | Channel (bell and/or email) for each event type — see Notifications |
| Calendar sync | Publish your FoxPlan items into your company calendar — see Sync with my calendar |
| Multi-factor authentication | Reset your MFA |
| Assignments | Read-only summary of your rights on projects, portfolios and workspaces |
| MCP server | (FoxPlan staff) Connect an MCP-compatible assistant |
| AI assistant | The personal context passed to the assistant — see My instructions to the AI assistant |
Some tabs only appear when they concern you: Assignments only if you hold at least one right, Multi-factor authentication only if MFA is enabled and applicable to your account.
Working calendar
It is your capacity, and it is the basis on which your workload is planned:
- Standard working days — a percentage per day of the week (0% at weekends by default)
- Exceptions — leave, absence or part-time dates, with reason, percentage and comment
- Global calendar — the workspace calendar you inherit from (public holidays, shutdowns)
Multi-factor authentication
Multi-factor authentication (MFA) adds a one-time code on top of your password.
This tab holds the Reset multi-factor authentication action: use it if you lost access to your authenticator app or changed phone. After resetting, save the profile then sign in again to re-enrol your app.
The tab is only visible if multi-factor authentication is active for your account. MFA is configured at company level (Settings → FoxPlan account → Multi-factor authentication), with a scope that can target every user, a specific list, or everyone except a list. If you fall outside that scope, the tab is not shown: there is nothing to reset.
