SaaS — French sovereign cloud
The SaaS (Software as a Service) mode is FoxPlan's standard and recommended deployment mode. You have no infrastructure to manage: upon a simple subscription, a license file is provided and your environment is operational immediately.

A French sovereign cloud: Scaleway
FoxPlan SaaS is hosted at Scaleway, a French cloud provider (iliad group), whose data centers in use are located in France (Paris region). Both hosting and data therefore remain on national soil, with no transfer outside France.
This choice guarantees the sovereignty of your project data: it is subject neither to the Cloud Act nor to non-European jurisdictions, unlike North American hosts.
Certifications and compliance
The Scaleway infrastructure hosting FoxPlan benefits from some of the most demanding certifications in the industry:

Towards SecNumCloud qualification (ANSSI)
Scaleway is engaged in the SecNumCloud qualification process of the ANSSI (French national cybersecurity agency), started in early 2025. SecNumCloud is one of the strictest frameworks in the world for data security and sovereignty: it attests that a cloud offering meets the highest requirements of the French administration and provides legal protection against non-European legislation.
Scaleway is thus on track to be SecNumCloud-qualified, further strengthening the sovereignty guarantees provided to FoxPlan customers.

What if I want to host it myself?
For organizations subject to specific internal constraints (full sovereignty, network isolation, internal policy), FoxPlan can also be deployed on-premise, on your own infrastructure, with Kubernetes or Docker Compose.
